The complete murder party arc

Since the plot surrounding the serial killer known to many as Josh or Dave (but his real name is Jeff) is getting more traffic (IT'S FINALLY COMPLETE), it was fine time I sorted all the threads and writings into one consistent timeline. (  Here we go: )
